The OSKAR scheduler page is where your front desk staff manage races and racers. Races can be scheduled any time (or a different day) -- even moved to a different time to accommodate changing schedules. Racers can easily be added and removed from races, right up until the green flag drops.
Welcome Kiosk
The Welcome Kiosk is how your customer check in for races and events. Customers prefer typing their information on the computer -- and so will you, given it saves your staff time and there is no data entry or data entry errors. A hard copy waiver is automatically printed for the customer to sign. Guests for pre-scheduled events can even register for those events from work or home -- anywhere they have access to a web browser.

Scheduler
The OSKAR scheduler page is where your front desk staff manage races and racers. Races can be scheduled any time (or a different day) -- even moved to a different time to accommodate changing schedules; just drag and drop. You define races of any length and type and OSKAR ensures that no time will be overbooked.
Racers can easily be added and removed from races, right up until the green flag drops.
Even the most complex event is as easy to run in OSKAR as an arrive and drive race. Each event type specifies the number of rounds, the races per round, the scoring and the scheduling. OSKAR automatically assigns racers to each race, grids them keeps score -- even balances the schedule to minimize back-to-back races by a single driver. You can even re-arrange the event races and run arrive and drive races in the middle of an event.

Pit
From the Pit panel, the track marshals stop and start races. OSKAR will automatically assign kart numbers (or it can be done manually), display the correct scoreboard, and alert the staff of any errors, such as a kart that is on track that is not assigned to the race.

Scores
The scores page is what your track staff can use to monitor races in progress. OSKAR will show the gap between the racers, and even how long it has been since they crossed the line.

POS
The POS module is where your staff can sell races, proshop gear, food, even gift certificates. It supports any number of categories and products, multiple tax rates, three different kinds of discounts, multiple payment types (including ProCash(tm) -- your inhouse debit account), and split tenders. Your group sales staff can also create event tickets, for events scheduled for a future day, including notes for the staff and contact information.
Your staff can easily add discounts or create event tickets -- or even change the price, if they have the right permissions to do so.

Scores panel
Your pit crew can manage races with all the details available on the scores panel, including how long it has been since a kart crossed the finish line...good for keeping track of the leader as well as any stragglers.

Reports
All OSKAR reports are accessible from any internet enabled PC, so you can manage your business even from home, with the correct passwords of course. You can track up to the minute business results or reconfigure OSKAR -- for example adding products or changing operator access.
Even configuration can be done remotely, from any internet connected PC. This includes adding items, changing prices, changing operator passwords, defining races, and more.
Email Marketing keeps you in touch with your customers. Let them know about specials, remind them of their birthday (and perhaps a special discount), and recruit racers for leagues.

Scoreboard
Racers like to keep score. Let your racers know just how they're doing with a driver scoreboard. Not only does it tell them when the race is over, but it is one of the things that distinguishes a real race from just a ride.

Security
Each operator in OSKAR has their own log in code (or card) and privileges. You can limit the track staff from ringing in races, or keep the cashiers from voiding sales without manager approval.

OSKAR Hardware
We select, test, configure, and install the hardware foundation for OSKAR. Key components include the thin clients used for the POS, Pit, and Kiosk terminals. With no moving parts, no local storage, and no CD Drive, these thin clients are quiet, reliable and secure.
For fast, efficient service, OSKAR is optimized for a touchscreen. In fact, no keyboard is required for standard operations (which also means one less place to spill a Coke). An integrated card swipe is used for both credit cards and OSKAR Procards, speeding check in and payment.
The heart of the system is a high-powered server featuring dual hard drives, dual power supplies, dual core CPUs with the power and storage to run your business as it grows.
